RED WINE BUFFS: this menus is for you!
from our normal food-first-then-pair-the-wine ritual.
As you might guess, pairing red wines to 9-courses guarantees a lot of fun, and there is usually a surprise or two.
Our nightly Garden Tour begins at 6:30 (indoors around the fire this time of the year!). Come at 6:15 (3:40 on Sunday), and we’ll also have a Wine Cellar Open House where you can check out the 25,500 bottles of wines covering some 4,247 selections! This is also the most extensive collection of Oregon and Washington wines in the world.
As always, the extraordinary 9-course dinner with 5 red wines is graced by guitar music, candlelight, and a night filled with fun.
